Where to start. I have been in the sport along time and have experince in everything from 100M through to Marathon including of course Decathlon and the tough Double Decathlon. About Me
I am a Level 4 coach in horizontal jumps (long jump) and sprints. I also have a Level 3 for strength and conditioning.
I coach athletes in the North East from 13 to 24 years of age. Currently I coach a number of high jumpers and sprinters. One of the athletes I coach is a foreign athlete who competes in 400m and is hoping to qualify for the World Championsips in Berlin.

About Me
I coach at Scunthorpe. Mainly combined events although I do have throwers and sprinters. I am a UKA level 3 coach in hurdles, horizontal jumps, pole vault, shot put, discus and strength con, Level 2 all events. I have been a regional coach in Yorkshire and Humberside in both sprints and combined events. Although I do not now compete, I have done several decathlons including the world vets in Gateshead. I usually have athletes in the English Schools Championships and combined events championships. My claim to fame being: Katie Flower - AAA junior 400m champion, Emma Simpson - regularly in both schools championships in shot, long jumps CE's. |
